The project for building renovation in the Chernihiv region announces two procurement tenders for the selection of construction companies

To support Ukraine in mitigating the consequences of the Russian invasion, within the framework of the project “Renovation of Novobykovska Secondary School and the pediatric ward building of the Chernihiv Regional Primary Health Care and Social Care Center,” two procurement tenders for the selection of construction companies were announced on February 7, 2025, in Ukraine’s unified electronic public procurement system Prozorro. Potential construction companies can submit applications for the tenders until February 21.

The procurement tenders are announced for interior works in the pediatric ward building of the Chernihiv Regional Primary Health Care and Social Care Center and for the capital renovation of the Novobykovska Secondary School building.

After the tender application deadline, the submitted proposals from construction companies will be evaluated, and contracts for the implementation of works in the Novobykovska Secondary School and the pediatric ward building of the Chernihiv Regional Primary Health Care and Social Care Center will be concluded.

The project will be implemented by July 31, 2025.

The total cost of the project is EUR 1,194,270.00, funded by the Latvian government.

Latvia’s support for the restoration of medical and educational institutions in the Chernihiv region is critically important, as it will help residents access essential healthcare services, particularly for children. Additionally, it will promote the continuity of general and vocational education, enabling residents to continue a more normal daily life, while children and young people acquire the knowledge and skills necessary for life and future careers.

The project is funded by the state budget of the Republic of Latvia with the support of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Central Finance and Contracting Agency.
